Often us creative entrepreneurs are our own worst enemy. We hold ourselves back with self-doubt and negative thoughts; we begin to doubt we are good enough. We all have that little voice in our head that is challenging us. Putting self- doubt where once there was confidence. Just because that voice is there doesn’t mean we have to listen to it. Goodness knows if I did I wouldn’t have achieved even a fraction of my goals. By working on our self-confidence, positivity, and mental clarity we can begin to recognise the voice for what it is, self doubt.
I want you to be aware of that voice and โchallengeโ it; only by facing fears direct can you overcome them. Quite often it is the unconscious mind putting self-doubt into our heads. I believe strongly in challenging these fears, in short, turn a negative into a positive. Grab a pen and paper and draw 2 columns, name the left column “Your Fears” and the right “The truth”. Write down every negative thought you have told yourself in the left column, then in the right challenge this and flip the negative into a positive truth instead.

I’d now like you to connect with how fabulous you are. It can be all too easy to disconnect to what our clients think about us, how they view us. So look back on past testimonials and remember why you are awesome. What words do they use to describe you? Look at visual examples of the work you produced for them. Recognise again how talented and creative you are.
