When you book a service with us we collate the following information:

- Phone number
- Your website and social media handles
We process this information so we can communicate with you and issue all paperwork relating to the service. Your name is automatically inputted onto our mailing database. This database is used for occasional news and related offers . The database is stored on mailerlite.
Mailing List Sign Up โ On our website you also have the opportunity to manually sign up for our newsletters or receive occasional freebies. In this instance your email address is gathered and automatically inputted onto our database stored on mailerlite.
Our lawful basis for this element is Consent and you are able to withdraw that any time by clicking โUnsubscribeโ at the bottom of any email.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
EMAIL POLICY
In compliance with UK Spam Laws and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, subscribers are given the opportunity to un-subscribe at any time through an automated system. This process is detailed at the footer of each email campaign. If an automated un-subscription system is unavailable clear instructions on how to un-subscribe will by detailed instead. We do not sell or distribute our subscription lists to any third party.

Dropbox
Dropbox is a service to provide online hosting of data. I use this as a platform where I can share workbooks with you as deemed helpful to your business,
GoogleSuite
I use Google for my calendar and Google drive to securely store information on clients. At times clients may ask me to use google drive not dropbox to share documents with them. Google are fully GDPR compliant.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a service which provides information about how visitors use a website, for example, how visitors find my website, how long they spend on our site, which web pages they are most interested in etc. This allows me to offer a better online experience to our visitors. I use the information that I gain to provide you with a more effective website. Google is fully GDPR compliant.
Mailerlite
This is a service enabling me to send out emails to subscribers. Only names, emails and web addresses are kept on this external platform.
Inspectlet
Inspectlet is an online tool which allows subscribers to view website visitor recordings. I use it in order that I may provide a more effective website. They self-certify as GDPR compliant. Data captured may include names, email addresses and phone numbers.
FEA Create
This is a CRM system which hosts my courses, some of my lead magnets and email collation.

This information is used to refine future email campaigns and supply the user with more relevant content based around their activity.
