What do I mean by “Beyond the Pretty?”
You will find me talking about going beyond the pretty often in my website and marketing. But what do I mean? I have been in the wedding industry since 2002 and have noticed in recent years businesses focus heavily on the aesthetics in their marketing. But neglect the strategy needed for growth. So I take clients beyond the “pretty” and into business planning instead.
I do this by reviewing the foundations of your business and creating a bespoke strategy for growth. Rest assured this will be aligned to your values and long term vision, we lead with integrity always. No more being forced to follow formulas that just don’t work for you.
Who do I work with?
I work with a range of businesses, primarily in the wedding and creative industries. My typical clients are incredibly talented, their creativity and passion is beautiful to watch. But the challenge isn’t ideas — it’s deciding which ones to promote, which will bring joy and profit, and how to sell them effectively.
They LOVE what they do and ADORE their clients. Yet, as natural people-pleasers, they often overpromise and overdeliver, sacrificing freedom and profitability in the process.
Most of my clients are soul-led, passionate entrepreneurs, fabulously talented, deeply creative, but unsure of the steps needed to scale their business without burning out.

How does the Strategy Beyond the Pretty work?
This is for those clients really ready to up-level. It is intensive and I require commitment from you , I’ll be going all in and I expect clients to do the same. This is a very hands-on experience with ongoing 1:1 support from me, so if you’re ready to up-level your business and invest in some serious time and hard work, this is the perfect service for you.

How much access do I get from you?
Quite a lot. As well as our calls you have unlimited access to me on the voice note app voxer (depending on the service booked). This is perfect for instant answers to your questions. I am also around to review your goal setting, proof reading, giving advice. I get very involved with my clients. If however you wanted additional calls outside of the agreement this is an extra charge.
What if I want to carry on working with you?
This is not unusual. Many clients either book an intensive day with me once a year or go onto a maintenance package, which is monthly calls after our contract is finished.
How much time do I need to commit?
This really depends on the service booked and how much additional work you need to do outside of the calls. At the very least dedicate 2 hours per week to work on your business including the calls with me.
What if I need to move a session?
I completely understand what it is like to run a seasonal business. I know sometimes your well planned schedule goes a little wrong. So yes if you can’t make a session I am happy to move it. I just ask for as much notice as possible. If you are wanting to move every session we will have a talk about your commitment.
I’m a wedding planner, can you train me?
Yes of course! Although I have now closed the UKAWP I am still able to train new wedding planners, a bespoke price will be determined after our initial discussion. Or can be weaved in with a 1:1 consultancy service. I also have some micro courses specifically for wedding planners. You can see them HERE plus a facebook group just for wedding planners HERE
Can you provide a tailored service?
Absolutely , if you need support but feel the services I offer don’t quite match your needs then I can create a bespoke offering for you instead. Lets jump on a call to decide how best I can support you.
I don’t want people to know I’ve hired you
Our time together is kept confidential unless you give me express permission to announce you as a client, or when you provide me with a testimonial.
