Stubbs House in Loddon, Norfolk, a ten-bedroom country manor set in an acre of enclosed gardens and surrounded by countryside. We have exclusive use, ensuring complete privacy to truly unwind.

Hi I’m Bernadette, your retreat host
I’m a wedding & creative business growth consultant with over 20 years’ experience. My approach is a blend of coaching and consulting, going beyond the pretty of your business into a tailored strategy for growth that brings not just success, but also clarity, joy and freedom.
I felt drawn to create this retreat after seeing so many talented business owners burning out. By the end of the year , many are overstimulated, exhausted and running on empty. I’ve seen first-hand the power of stepping away from the day-to-day business environment to create space for reflection, strategic thinking and renewed creativity.
The name of the retreat sums it up – it’s your dedicated time to reconnect and realign with both your business and yourself.
This will be my second retreat, and I’ve used last year’s feedback to make this one even better. For example, I’ve added an extra night at the beginning, so you get the chance to unwind on the Monday night, then feel refreshed and full of energy for the workshops and activities.
I would love to share this time with you and help you step into 2027 with renewed clarity, purpose and joy.

Well Being
This retreat is for your mind and body as well as your business. You’ll enjoy a lava massage to help relax, plus plenty of optional hot tub time. There’s also a night time yoga session to help you experience a rejuvenating sleep, perfect for both experienced yogis and beginners – this was a huge highlight in 2025!
Nature
We all know the benefits of walking in nature for physical and mental wellbeing, so we’ll enjoy at least one walk a day exploring the grounds and surrounding area. This gives us a chance to breathe in the fresh Norfolk air and get to know each other. We’ll be journaling outside on one of these walks (weather permitting).
Freetime
You can take as much or as little free time as you wish.
Use this to explore the house, relax in the hot tubs or to have 1:1 chats with fellow attendees or me.
Delicious Food
Our private chef and the delicious and nourishing food she created for us was an absolute highlight in 2025, so I’m thrilled she’s returning this year. All dietary requirements will be catered for.
And the best bit? It’s all cleared up for us too!

Reconnect + Realign was the perfect blend of rest and focus – I came away re-energised both personally and professionally.
The time and workshops gave me the space to focus on the business I’m building, what’s serving me and what’s not, and how to create a space that brings me joy in my work. I made some great connections with others on the retreat and the space felt safe to be able to open up and explore ideas within running my companies.
It was the ideal blend of relaxation and rest and exactly as Bernadette described: a chance to realign myself with my business and reset myself ahead of a new year.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE ATTENDING?
There will be a maximum of eight attendees. I’m deliberately keeping the group small so those attending can build true connections with one another. This also allows me 1:1 time with anyone who wants additional support.
CAN I SHARE A ROOM WITH A FRIEND?
Of course! Just let me know and I’ll ensure you’re in a room together. Additionally if you wish to share one of the private superking en-suites let me know as I will work out a special rate. Please note that there are only four available, so once they’re gone they’re gone.
HOW PHYSICAL WILL THE WALK BE?
The walks will be leisurely and for all abilities. They are optional, but I’d love you to experience Norfolk’s beautiful nature.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Clothes you are comfortable in for the day time, but I ask everyone to dress up for dinner, especially on the third night. You may also wish to bring your swimming costume for the hot tub and comfy clothes for the yoga sessions.
I AM PREGNANT, WILL THIS AFFECT MY ATTENDANCE?
Absolutely not! I’ll ensure the chef knows so any food is 100% safe for you. Likewise the masseuse and yoga teacher will be informed so they can ensure the best experience and comfort for you.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
You have 14 days after paying and registering to cancel your place. After this time the deposit is non-refundable, unless you manage to resell your place.

There is no escaping the fact I naturally have a lot of wedding industry clients, especially wedding planners, however this retreat is open for all creative businesses. The workshops being hosted are tailored around mindset and strategy, not weddings.
