When I work with clients I use my Beyond the Pretty framework to provide the structure.
After our on boarding call I will suggest the key areas that need some love and attention during our time together.

Soul
I believe a business has to light up your soul, it needs to bring you joy. So this is where we start. Using a combination of energy clearing, visualisation exercises and vision planning we will create the structure for your creative business.
MINDSET + CONFIDENCE
I will dig deep to discover what negative beliefs are holding you back right now and work with you to bring forth your confidence. This can be especially helpful for my introvert clients who perhaps shy away from โshowing upโ, as an introvert I can relate and will share what has helped me over the years.
I will use a mixture of energy clearing and specific empowerment tasks to calm and challenge you. I will never force you to do something that is not aligned to your personality, albeit at times I will challenge you.
STRATEGY
Next up is getting down to the nitty gritty. I get you find this side of business tedious but it doesnโt have to be. We will review your business foundations and strengthen ready for you to scale to new exciting heights. There are a number of areas we will work on during our time together; these will have been highlighted in your business review.

What figure would bring forth the profit and freedom you want? We will analyse your offerings and discuss the profit margins for each one. You may also share a figure you want to bring into the business so we will explore ways for this to happen. - FREEDOM OF TIME
Are there aspects of your business that could be automated? Ways to streamline? Or perhaps its time to ditch / delegate? By going through your zone of genius we can analyse your time and ensure you have more time doing what you love and spend less time on the tasks you donโt.

2 HOUR ON BOARDING CALL TO DELVE INTO YOUR BUSINESS
Our time together starts with a 2 hour on-boarding call.
During this session I get to understand you as a person and where the sticking points are at present. It helps me provide a structure for our time together.
9 X 1 HOUR ZOOM CALLS
I want this service to work for my clients and more importantly; I want them to do the work in between sessions. Therefore over the course of 4 months we will have 9 video calls leaving 1 week each month to catch up and implement.
During these calls we will be working through both mindset and strategy that is tailored to your goals. Sometimes I may be training you in specific areas of business and other times our calls will be more coaching focussed, working through any blocks you are experiencing.

How does the Strategy Beyond the Pretty work?
This is for those clients really ready to up-level. It is intensive and I require commitment from you , Iโll be going all in and I expect clients to do the same. This is a very hands-on experience with ongoing 1:1 support from me, so if youโre ready to up-level your business and invest in some serious time and hard work, this is the perfect service for you. After our on-boarding call, I will closely analyse your business and produce a bespoke report, so that we are crystal clear on the areas that we need to work on together.

How much access do I get from you?
Quite a lot. As well as our calls you have unlimited access to me on the voice note app voxer. This is perfect for instant answers to your questions. I am also around to review your goal setting, proof reading, giving advice. I get very involved with my clients. If however you wanted additional calls outside of the agreement this is an extra charge.
What if I want to carry on working with you?
This is not unusual. Many clients either book an intensive day with me once a year or go onto a maintenance package, which is monthly calls after our 4 months are up.
How much time do I need to commit?
If booking my 4 month service then I suggest between 2-3 hours per week for calls and doing the work in between the calls. We have 2 x 1 hour calls per month but of course there will be โhomeworkโ to do in between.
What if I need to move a session?
I completely understand what it is like to run a seasonal business. I know sometimes your well planned schedule goes a little wrong. So yes if you canโt make a session I am happy to move it. I just ask for as much notice as possible. If you are wanting to move every session we will have a talk about your commitment.
Iโm a wedding planner, can you train me?
My consultancy service is more suited for planners who have been in business at least 3 years. Otherwise I may refer you to my other business theย UKAWPย for more formal training.
However if you have been in business for over 3 years I am able to include ad hoc wedding planner training within the consultancy for no additional charge. This is normally planners who did not train with me and who have gaps in their knowledge.
Can you provide a tailored service?
Absolutely , if you need support but feel the services I offer donโt quite match your needs then I can create a bespoke offering for you instead. Lets jump on aย callย to decide how best I can support you.

Our time together is kept confidential unless you give me express permission to announce you as a client, or when you provide me with a testimonial.
