Prior to our session I was struggling with knowing how to position myself to attract the right kind of couples, especially with a new service I launched. I decided to book Bernadette because she was personable and genuinely seemed to understand my struggles. My favourite part working with her was that she allowed me time and space to express my concerns and addressed them. I felt like she had really taken the time to know and understand what I was trying to achieve. She also had taken time to research what I was talking to her about so she came to the meeting prepared. I found Bernadette friendly, personable and professional and our session was incredibly productive. I found it really useful to spend time breaking down what I needed to do and enjoyed the process. Since our time together I'm close to 100 percent conversion rate since I've changed how I approach clients when taking them through the booking process.
