Before working with Bernadette I had an idea to progress my business but had no time or structure to actually move that idea forward. I needed support in my attitude to growing my business and finding the time to put my ideas into practice. I really wanted to set up an industry body for tutoring and Bernadette had done something very similar for the wedding industry with the UKAWP. She’s an expert and I knew she’d be able to help. After 5 months working together I have a clear plan for launching now. My favourite part of working with her was that she is so supportive and empowering, no question was too stupid and I felt like she listened to what I needed and adapted her approach accordingly. I felt guided and supported and most importantly listened to. Bernadette is approachable, encouraging, supportive and nurturing. Her huge amount of knowledge and expertise, organisation and time management, ability to be calm, rational and methodical in her approach, all skills I feel are essential in any coach. Bernadette was a pleasure to work with and having worked one to one we have subsequently also completed a VIP strategy day. I won’t hesitate to book time with Bernadette again when I need additional support for my business.
