I asked myself what would I love if joining a mastermind? What would make it a 100% yes from me? And I realised I prefer smaller containers to learn from. When I did my coaching certification it was a small group, this allowed us to bond as a group and get 1:1 support from the coach leading it.
Online group programmes and memberships are great but sometimes you need 1:1 support not to mention a chance for all your questions to be answered. I know I have joined courses in the past and feel disheartened because there is no real connections and no access to the coach. 1:1 Consultancy Call:ย Half way through I will have a 1:1 call with everyone to see how they are, they can really open up and share anything that is troubling them. Plus I can take a deep dive into their business during this time.

2025 CEO DAY (location tbc)
We will all come together to work through your upcoming goals. This is also an ideal time to bond together as a group and provide the peer support that you will all desire. During the day I will provide additional training to help your growth as a CEO.
1:1 CONSULTANCY call
Half way through the mastermind you will receive a second 1:1 call to check your progress and provide more confidential consultancy and support if needed. This is an ideal chance to get laser focussed on what you need the most from me.
2 x Group zoom calls PER MONTH
Each month there will be a minimum of 2 zoom calls, one specifically for training and the other 1 for monthly masterminding. Occasionally additional training will be added if deemed helpful.
